SEO overhaul of the Galerie Mingei website
An art gallery website invisible to Google, rebuilt with server-side rendering and multilingual support to restore its search visibility.

A site Google couldn't see
Galerie Mingei brought us its website after a poor experience with a previous provider. The site had been delivered in Vue.js and Kirby as a single-page application. An ambitious choice, but one Google indexes poorly: the pages generated in the browser stayed invisible, and organic search traffic collapsed.
The challenge
Get the site back on its feet without forcing the gallery into a second full rebuild.
Our approach
We took over the project at a preferential rate and cleaned it up. We switched to server-side rendering so every page could be read by Google, fixed the various views, and added multilingual support. The site is indexable again and ready to climb back up the search results.
The lesson goes beyond this gallery: a beautiful site that doesn't consider SEO from the outset cuts itself off from a large share of its audience. See our web design service.
