Odoo and a custom mobile app for Village du Soir
An Odoo implementation and a connected mobile app, with more than forty custom modules, for a major Geneva cultural and nightlife venue.
A major Geneva venue run on Odoo, extended by a mobile app
Village du Soir turned former warehouses in La Praille into one of Geneva's liveliest cultural and nightlife venues: concerts, parties, food and private events. An intense operation that needed a solid management system and a direct line to its audience.
The challenge
Unify a complex operation (tills, ticketing, reservations, HR and payroll) on a single system, and create a direct channel to engage and retain customers.
The solution
We deployed Odoo as the venue's backbone, then adapted it deeply: more than forty custom modules covering the point of sale and its many specifics, ticketing and event categories, table reservations, scheduling, payroll, Adyen payments and an in-house loyalty programme.
A mobile app connected to Odoo
We also built a mobile app (iOS and Android) wired directly to their Odoo. It lets Village du Soir push offers and content to customers, with gamification such as a spin wheel, in-app payment, ticketing and access scanning. Everything that happens in the app flows back into Odoo, with no double entry.
