The challenge
The heart of a translation agency's business is the quote request. Yet clients send documents in many languages and in all sorts of formats. Identifying the source language, estimating the volume and pricing it by hand is slow and error-prone. It called for a multilingual showcase site that inspires confidence, and above all a smart request form able to handle documents.
The solution
We designed and built the entire transpose.ch website: bespoke design, a multilingual site and an editorial blog. The centrepiece is an advanced quote form where the client uploads their documents. The system automatically detects the language of the files and produces a structured quote estimate, ready for the team to validate. Data stays confidential on secure servers in Geneva, and the forms are protected against bots.
