Since 1979, Librairie Delphica has been Geneva's reference for esoteric, spiritual and personal-development literature. An independent, family-run bookshop that has kept its character while modernising.
The challenge
Running a specialist catalogue and an online store means a huge amount of data entry: every title needs an image, a price and a description. On top of that, reconciling Twint and card payments by hand was slow and error-prone.
The solution
We deployed Odoo as the management foundation, with the integrated online store. To cut data-entry costs, we built a custom module that automatically pulls cover images, prices and author biographies from the web straight into the product record. Bank reconciliation of Twint and card payments was automated, keeping the accounts up to date with no re-keying.
